Empowering Underprivileged Youth for Travel Careers

The Agenda

Our inaugural campaign, in collaboration with our training partner, TMI Academy of Travel Tourism and Aviation Studies, aimed to provide skill and training to a group of 40+ underprivileged students for the travel, tourism, and hospitality industry, with the ultimate goal of placing them within the industry.

The campaign has a multifaceted agenda:
– Fostering confidence among underprivileged youth.
– Creating livelihood opportunities for them in the travel sector.
– Boosting the travel & tourism industry with a skilled workforce.
– Catalyzing India’s growth by nurturing and strengthening its workforce.

The Impact

Despite being a bootstrapped initiative, we are proud to have successfully placed over 55% of our students in various renowned industry brands such as Journeys Exotica, Southern Travels, Routes & Journey, The Travelius, SNS World Travels, Kaafila Travels, ADI Holidays LLC, and SBM Travels.
Our campaign’s triumph caught the attention of esteemed players in the travel industry, including SATTE, India’s foremost travel expo, and ASEGO, a major travel assistance and insurance brand in the country, who were kind enough to contribute to our mission.
